Undisguised Mk3 Mazda CX-5 crops up online

A photo allegedly showing a third-generation Mazda CX-5 SUV has been leaked to the Internet.

The car looks the same as the camouflaged pre-production vehicle we saw in spy photos a few months ago. It retains the recognizable design of its predecessor and otherwise looks largely unchanged, but Mazda promises us a new hybrid powertrain developed in the house.

The full reveal of the new CX-5 remains slated for late 2025, and the sales likely won’t start until next year.
