Pagani has revealed images of a custom Utopia supercar commissioned by a long-standing fan of the brand. Already having two Pagani models in his garage, he felt like spicing things up a bit and requested his third one painted like it’s been through the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
For starters, the company added pinstripes to the body in red, white and multiple shades of blue. The interior received a similar color scheme. As for the front bumper and the wheel arches, they were painted in a special way to imitate scuffs and scratches like those supercars end up with after hugging track borders or colliding with other vehicles during an endurance race.
Adding to the appeal is the fact that these artificial “scratches” reveal naked carbon fiber underneath, and not naked metal as the average viewer would expect. All in all, it seems like a nice and creative way to make your exotic supercar stand out.
Pagani never revealed any pricing details and didn’t mention any engine upgrades. The standard Utopia model (see video) comes equipped with a 6.0-liter turbocharged AMG V12 with 864 PS (852 hp / 635 kW). Prices are rumored to start from U.S. $2,200,000. All we know about this particular example is that it has a manual transmission.
