The more sophisticated car styling enthusiasts argue that less is more, and it’s hard to disagree. Premium vehicles, like the BMW M3 Touring pictured here, are especially easy to spoil with carelessly picked aftermarket add-ons. Fortunately for us, Vossen seems to have gotten the message.
The famous wheel vendor has adopted its HFX-4 Hybrid Forged wheel design for the Bavarian family hauler (see video). It features a 15-spoke pattern and comes in 17, 20, 22 and 24 inch diameters, with the widths ranging from 8.5 to 12 inches. The set seen in the gallery above is finished in polished silver, but we hear that glossy black is an option, too.
Interestingly, Vossen lists the HFX-4 set in two variants: five-lug and six-lug. The former looks slightly easier to manufacture and starts from $525/wheel in the United States. The latter starts from $649 and 19 inches of diameter – no 17-inch version available.
Elsewhere, the M3 Touring sports what looks like a matte-grey full-body wrap, tinted rear windows, blackout accents, and gold brake calipers.
