This BMW M5 rolls like a Royce because a rapper wanted it to

As one can guess, LA-based auto shop Stars in the Ceiling specializes in adding Rolls-Royce-inspired “starry sky” headliners to all kinds of vehicles. This G90 M5 owned by American rapper Chief Keef is their latest victim – and it has the nerve to look good despite all the mods.

Installed here is the tuner’s Stage 2 package, which appears to include a carbon-fiber body kit, a sporty air intake, a catless downpipe and a new exhaust system. It also incorporates the LED ceiling mentioned above, complete with color LEDs for more variety and the M5 logo in the middle of the headliner.

We were unable to find any power upgrades mentioned, but the latest-and-greatest M5 hybrid isn’t a pushover as it is. Straight from the factory, it slams the wheels with 727 PS (717 hp / 535 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque, sprinting from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.4 seconds.
