The partially clad Octavia suggests that a second facelift is coming for the seven-year-old family car.
Based on these spy shots posted on Carscoops, changes include a downsized radiator grille, new headlight patterns, revamped bumpers at both ends, and redesigned taillights. The rest seems to stay untouched.
As for the interior, we don’t have any detailed photos to go by, but one of the images reveals what appears to be a bigger multimedia display. The current version (see video) measures 13 inches from corner to corner. In contrast, the digital dash appears smaller than in the current Octavia.
Nothing suggests any significant changes in the powertrain department. Customers in Europe will most likely still be choosing from several petrol and diesel options rated up to 265 PS in the RS spec (291 hp / 195 kW).
